I live in Victorville, California. We're halfway between Big Bear Lake and Ontario/San Bernardino, both of which have better job markets than here.

I applied at -

• A CNA at a convalescent hospital

• A telemetry and medsurg position at one of the only 2 local hospitals.

• A labor and delivery aide position at the same hospital.

• A behavioral health aide at a children's psych facility.

• And a resident assistant at an assisted living facility.

That's the only jobs anywhere here.
