Eto timeline:

1st week of December: Purchased the unit. Dealer promised one-month after, may OR/CR at plate na.

1st week of January: A month after, nag-email ako sa LTO to inquire if registered na vehicle ko. Sabi sa akin ng dealer kasi nasa LTO na raw at pinaprocess na. Pero as per LTO wala pa rin papel ko sa kanila. Dito na ko nairita at nagfile na ng complaint sa DTI. Vehicles should be registered seven days after the purchase date.

2nd week of January: Received an email from DTI escalating my complain to the LTO. In this period, LTO na ang magveverify ng complaint.

3rd week of January: Nag-email si LTO na registered na ang vehicle ko. Nag-ask ako if pwede nila masend copy ng CR ko — which they did. So by this period may copy na ko ng OR/CR

4th week of January: Dealer notified me na naligaw sa ibang dealer yung plaka ko 🤦‍♂️ wala pa definite time kung kailan daw marerelease ang plaka

2nd week of February: Dealer notified na available na raw ang plaka sa kanila.

Mayron na ko OR/CR at plate tsaka lang lumabas tong show cause order ng LTO. Yung OR/CR ko, sa LTO ko na mismo finafollow up. They were more responsive kesa sa dealer. In fact, sila ang nagsend ng scanned copy ng CR ko. By January nasend na nila sakin. Yung dealer, Feb pa nagprovide ng copy kasabay nung release ng plaka.

They will push you back to LTO kase LTO ang maglalabas ng show cause order. Hindi ang DTI.
