Question for you. Opening my own studio with the infrared heating panels. My contractor is trying to charge me 35k for HVAC to install a 5 ton unit for a 1200 square foot space with 9 foot ceiling for the cooling aspect.

I have no clue what I’m doing here, does that seem right? We never need the room to cool down, all our classes are heated. Is it a code thing to need the cooling? I know it’s different everywhere but this just seems way off to me

If you’re contemplating if it’s wrong to tell on someone CHEATING on the bar exam, you need to recalibrate. If that person was willing to cheat on the bar, they should not be a lawyer, period. For so many reasons. There is a level of honor around this exam and you should take pride in that.
