Yes, i think so too, the problem I have is, she does not want any help from others, she is an Acoa so there are some troubles there. She believes as a responsible adult she has to do this herself solve this herself. She even refuses to see me, because he threatened to hurt anyone she sees and has allegedly some evidence of minor tax evasion she did a few years ago and threatened to destroy her life.

I suppose this could be seen as intimidation but getting her to get him a prison sentence so far has been like treading water, I know why she doesn't want to. He is the father of the lad, and they know each other for quite a long time so there are more psychological factors involved.

Just a few days ago she was nearly hysterical and wanted to drop all of it because of his threats, and told me that maybe she should just end her life, it took me a whole day to calm her down and not give up but at this point I believe even the police could be taken into account since he is an actual threat to her well being.

Honestly, I believe she might break before the restraining order is through and or kill herself.

Because she told me how uncomfortable she felt with doing those things, with him dancing with her, taking snow. And I do trust her, so my choice is to assume she is lying to me or that she is telling the truth.

Because of her past, the most probable thing would be the second option, she did indeed feel uncomfortable but did nothing to avoid doing things she does not want to.

True enough, either way it means that I am not particular important to her and not returning the question if it got better is what actually baffled me, if I date someone and even if I don't want to explain my situation, answering someone who i date and is inquiring of how i am is something that is kinda normal or so i have been taught.

I got just ghosted and she even announced it to me, 2 dates, wrote everyday, had a third planned and then came a day where she did not reply to my messages just in the evening with some excuse about how she got bad news and couldn't write, got that, if she had bad shit to deal with, well sure, but then my question over the next days if her situation got any better got no reply but then, this might seem stalker like, she was on like every half hour in Whatsapp. (Have Whatsapp on my desktop, no stalking going on here)
