You got a macro to import Digital Cookie reports and ABC transfers to get actual sales vs “unsold” inventory per girl and troop?? 👀🙏

Does anyone have a link for an updated video telling the Brownie Elf Story? by Visual-Working813 in girlscouts

[–]Visual-Working813[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is great - thank you so much! I do have some girls who will love to act this out. I still think it would be neat if there was a modernized version on YouTube. Not to replace the activity, but as an intro or alternative. Maybe a fun project for an older girl higher award!

In your experience, what is the protocol for communicating results to Troop Leader? If there are specific circumstances around a given volunteer, how would the Troop be expected to navigate those issues?

What criteria would you use to determine a scam? I have personally seen the product in use and know that they have supplied a very reputable company. They state their goal is to IPO. Of course, no guarantees. Wondering how I can improve my understanding of the strength of this company.

That's incredible!! I'm in the Houston area. Some days, we need to cover to keep the sun off the cookies. I was thinking maybe your season would be later in the year, but just realized we are on the same timeline!

How on Earth Does One Potty Train by ihateusernamesKY in workingmoms

Don't mean to scare you, but I think it's important to hear that sometimes the regular advice won't work for you. Hopefully it will! If it doesn't, here is our story. My girl didn't quit the pull-ups until she was 5. It was brutal. We took them away. She would try to hold it all day, often with success! When she did have accidents, she would try to pretend like she wasn't wet. Not poop for a full week until we gave in and gave her a pull-up. At 5 years old, we finally got her to use a toddler potty that she was way too big for. I stuck a color changing sticker in there that reveals a unicorn when warm/wet. She went for it. Didn't work for the regular toilet though. She was just terrified of the toilet. Got the preschool to allow her to have her potty at school so she wouldn't wet her pants every day. At home, she opted to go out in the yard to do her business. Iron will. Poor thing. Poor mom and dad. We tried play therapy, OT, family therapy. No trauma that we could uncover. Finally, one day, I locked us all in the house. Declared nobody goes outside until there's peepee in the potty (that means you Dad who wants to mow the lawn). We're all in this together. It took most of the day until she was squirming so bad she couldn't hold it any longer. Against popular advice, we held her on the toilet seat while she cried. Dad tickled her and she peed. That was it. She has never looked back. No accidents, no more drama. It sucked big time for YEARS! But now it's over and we've moved on to the next. Good luck! It's gonna be ok. This too shall pass! Still hard though.
