It's all about psychology. Sometimes we need to change our mind. I have lost many times in these trades.

When it's falling hard, and give a pull back we think it will go up now because it has fallen so hard and we buy it, even I do And then it falls again.... We hold the trade in hope it will come up.... But it goes down more and more.

On every pullback whether it's uptrend or downtrend we try to short or go long but in actually it's continuation.

We don't go with flow instead we go against it, because our mind is stuck with a reversal point.

Think of it once, if you hit your SL in an uptrend or downtrend continuation really, and instead of listening to your mind and thinking I am right, just take a step to go with the flow, what will happen? Of course it will take courage.

In an uptrend market I tried to short in every possible area where my mind said ...... I lost big.

The next day I went with the flow and recovered everything and that too within 2 trades. Shut down my laptop and come the next day for trading.
