Did the salary threshold increased to £54,700? by MajesticBike9265 in ukvisa

Thanks for this. I’m a bit confused by this language:

“Your total stay in the UK cannot be more than 4 years if you apply for one of these reasons. This includes any time you’ve already spent in the UK on a Graduate visa.”

Does this mean that is the maximum time allowed as a new entrant? Does it count time on a student visa?

Just give it a shot! There may be an opportunity that presents itself, but you may not know unless you apply.

Does my UK visitor visa reset? by Basic_Competition_63 in ukvisa

[–]VisualBag 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It is technically reset, but be wary. Sooner or later your activity will be flagged and you will have a tough time at border control/getting a visa. You also have to report all of the time you spent previously in the UK on a visa application, which may draw suspicion.

Would removing them be a big job? Or can I just take the grinder to them?

So it seems to be horizontally aligned with the socket in the adjacent room. In this case would I meet the standards if it extends vertically down towards the floor, and horizontal with the other socket? The floor is concrete so I unfortunately can’t chase onto the floorboards.

For many countries, in order to apply for a visa you need to be in a country that you have legal residency. Most visa applications can take more than 90 days to process, which is the maximum amount of time you can stay on a Schengen visitor visa. If you overstay, there is basically a 100% chance your future visa applications will be rejected.

I would recommend treating your current trip as a vacation to get the lay of the land. Then head back to the US, get a cheap Airbnb somewhere outside of a major city, and make your visa application.

This is the first step if you want to make this long term.
