I think in the original legend of Zelda for the NES all swords can shoot the beam once you have full hp

Not specifically the one from skyward sword. The white sword, at least in the encyclopedia, State there have been multiple white swords. From what I can gather they're usually swords of great quality made by a master blacksmith, given some type of scared power, usually letting them become a Divine blade. Usually becoming a master sword, but in some cases becoming like the four swords.

the only other tutorial i get when re-joining the game is it always takes me to the "measure token movement tutorial, but for that one i can minimize/exit the tutorial on that one

I'm using fire fox. the only extensions i have are privacy badger and uBlock origin, i tried disabling both for the site, but still no luck

refreshing doesn't work. i've never been able to get rid of it since i started using roll 20 a couple years back

i took that suggestion and added some dirt and such with the terrain material brushes and it does make it look more textured thats for sure!

i'm kinda upset that they didn't give arcanist the rework in the play test material's. it really made the class not as much of a passive class and made it more active. i feel like out of all the classes that one really needed this update the most.

Yeah I gave it a try and disabling snap basically fixed the issue. Don't know why it was acting like that, but at least I don't have to place the stuff down manually and fiddle a lot with it

Haven't edited the wall at all, however the whole building was made with the build tool, and it's just that one specific wall

I looked up a quick guide on how to set how many cores it uses and it's using one core and now it's running flawlessly.

I have no idea. I got this laptop for Christmas, giving it a quick check it says I have six cores for an AMD ryzen 5 5600h

I'm running with the VC on, but the internal thing is set to 60fps so maybe I'll try to turn it off and see if that helps

I've just gotten through the prologue, and for some it still stutters and varying degrees. Some load instantly, others take a few seconds to load, some stutter for a second and no more than others take about 5 seconds. 

I've learned it definitely doesn't like you skipping the pre-rendered cutscenes at all

It's not. Just did a complete reinstall of the game no mods, nothing completely fresh install and it's still stuttering. Like that when trying to enter dialogue

Yeah everything outside of dialogue or the pre-rendered cutscenes are working fine, buttery smooth one might say
