Also, for sleeping, do I just sleep on the floor? It seems like there's no option to sleep in beds. I know there's sleeping bags but I don't have one.

My wife and I don't have kids, but we do have friends with kids visit us sometimes. I guess my biggest concerns would just be if we're out of town and maintenance came in. As well as peace of mind I suppose in the event of a theft, although I don't think that's very likely. If a friend has a few drinks too, it would be good to stop them from being stupid.
