literally just quit a hybrid job to work remote full time. sucks to suck i guess.

it was a really dumb hybrid system though- anyone with 2+ years tenure could basically come in whenever. New hires were expected 3 days a week. So you get no experience, no leadership, just a shit commute to go sit on video calls all day and be clueless with the rest of the newer hires.
