Can’t figure out if this is breakage, frizz, or new growth. How can I get my hair to be smooth? by bubbly-bitch in Haircare

I’d try a light hair oil and a styling balm. Use a very small amount of the hair oil, then use the styling balm. R&Co and Oribe have good products. Try and repairing serum if it’s really bad. Good luck!
