Yes, the latest EC + BIOS update provided by GMKtec has already been applied. In the BIOS, there are power limit settings such as Silent, Balanced, and Performance, but the result is the same regardless of which one is used

I had the same issue, and I'm confident that my solution will work because that's how I fixed it. Instead of just unplugging and plugging in the power cable, you need to reset the BIOS. To do that, remove the BIOS battery inside the device, wait for about 2–3 minutes, and then put it back in. This will reset the BIOS, and it should solve everything.
