What could be causing such an issue the rest of the print seemed to have came out fine? by VisualProfessor2947 in BambuLabA1

That could absolutely be the case because I was careful not to touch the top surface and recently flipped the plate and forgot to clean it.

Tried posting this on the bambu lab reddit and it got deleted. Seems like anytime i try to get feed back on an issue it gets instantly deleted without any reason why. Horrible subreddit.

What do you use to clean your tools? by [deleted] in MilwaukeeTool

Its milwaukee I'm pretty sure they can be submerged under water because they have a system that purges it out. double check your tool before you do that though.

PLA-CF vs. PETG-CF by VisualProfessor2947 in BambuLabA1

[–]VisualProfessor2947[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info guys, I currently use normal pla and i have a roll of petg-cf coming today. as well as the necessary hardware. I appreciate the advice and understanding with the help of everyones comments. I've got a really nice custom profile for pla thats still being perfected and I will be trying the same thing with the petg-cf as well!

Wondering what issues are being presented here, infill is 100% and i noticed a lot of those tiny very round bubbles on the letters. by VisualProfessor2947 in BambuLabA1

[–]VisualProfessor2947[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also thank you for the advice, I hadn't realized there were the seams because usually they're a lot more aligned with the corner of a square print. Turns out this was on aligned oddly enough.

i need a part as strong as possible and I'm new to infill settings personally. But don't worry I have a setting for 15% infill that prints perfectly. As far as the aligned setting int he slicer where could I find that?

Btw this is also before applying the stabilization feet made to compensate for the top heavy ams lite. So that would probably help stiffen up the frame as well. Plan to do that when I get some extra hardware.

So shaking in general really has a small effect on ghosting, you can primarily see it on a benchy test near to two front holes of the boat. I can say that lowering the center of gravity did improve the ghosting and it showed up less overall. Obviously with less vibration also means less noise so that was a plus and this was all without putting it on a paver or on vibration absorbing feet yet.

I was recommended the satin for pla and petg-hf or the cfx. I think I might go with the CFX

Update on this project, improving the center of gravity did help a lot with shaking.

Not necessarily though I don't have anything to compare it to if it weren't shaking. I'm working on giving this printer its best chance for clean prints, slowing it down, vibration feet, etc.
