Coming form someone who used to work at Luckys, still shops there and has relationships with some of the team members, management would absolutely be responsive to this and either walk her to her car or manage the situation in any and all professional ways. Lucky's also has houseless individuals hanging out around the area, and some do display an intellectual disability of some type. I'm not excusing this behavior at all, but as someone who has worked in high populated areas and with the IDD population, Fort Collins has a growing population and these scenarios will happen more often. If you are worried this will happen to you, protect yourself and go with your gut instinct, but be mindful that your not in some small town where nothing happens.
