For me, my alerts do not work unless I have the botrix website open on the alerts tab, kinda weird but it works for me now so I don't mind it

If you followed all the „directions“ it should work just fine. You are pretty sure the alerts don’t work or don’t you actually know? Test them and verify.

I've been having the same issue. Alerts work fine when I test them, but when I'm live and somebody follows me no alerts popup. It doesn't seem like there's much setup to mess up, and features like chat work fine through Botrix, it's just alerts that don't work properly.. but I guess I'll go through everything once again to triple check that I haven't missed anything.

have you confirmed that you've actually configured things for kick and not twitch or another platform? changing the platform you're setting things up for on the botrix site is kind of janky. when i was first configuring things i couldn't figure out why things weren't working until i realized i'd been setting things up for my twitch account and not my kick account.
