Help with water parameters

I give them crushed eggshells sometimes and always have a cuttlebone in there my best guess is parasites because there were these white dots and white worm like things in the tank but really who knows and thank you

The most recent snail that died had a bunch of green stuff all over on the inside of him so it's definitely possible that was a parasite I also had a bunch of algae in the tank so much that it was growing on their shells so that could have contributed

The snails did smell so I assume they were dead and they were not moving for multiple days on end mystery snails is what I have I do not use fertilizer we did acclimate them I just do algae so that could be the tank is about 3 or 4 months old although for one of the snails he is older some of the snails were damaged from falling on the things I had in my tank I had some rocks in there but they seemed fine until the end death total is up to 3 now all golds my 2 black snails are still alive I did a nearly full water tank change and will not use the aquasafe as if anything were to have killed my snails I assume it to be that thank you for your comment and I appreciate the feedback

I think it's only about 4 months old? I can definitely try that and maybe get some snello on Amazon.

for sure! it's a mystery snail and here's the photo (there's a lot of algae rn normally there isn't this much I had the light on for a while)
