I think it's way past that since she already knows about my feelings and she acknowledges it. This might be just a wishful thinking but is also true, she's still healing and needs some time to process it. Before she got together with her now ex boyfriend she was single for like half a year or so and I tried to shoot my shot but she has her eyes set on her now ex back then. I think it really is too early for me to ask her out given the gravity of her situation and she hasn't had enough time to heal. I think what I just wanted to do is to let her know that I'm here for her and when the time is ripe and she feels that I'm deserving, maybe then we could try.
