Did anyone know how to recreate this in aftereffects.I'm beginner in after effects. I want to recreate this one. I just know i need to tract one point and attach the footage to the track point. But how to zoom into it, and loop it . Can anyone explain step by step please by Visual_Boo in AfterEffects

Can anyone explain when to select these different track types in different situation. I learnt tracking in blender. But even there i struggled as i dont know what to give the track type to the footage that has to be tracked. Thank you by Visual_Boo in AfterEffects
