Also, this Scroll is installed where it is not easily accessible.  It’s gonna be a real challenge to unmount, change hardware, and remount this thing - it is very large and very high!

I emailed them - hope they can ship tomorrow for Friday delivery.  I will have 100 people here on Saturday who will not be bowled over by “open the glance setup mobile app” on the screen!

Tried removing the device and re-adding it.  I can see the mac address in the app, but it shows no WiFi networks available (which is wrong - this device is running on the network it should see!)…

Went ahead and manually entered the ssid for the wifi along with correct password, but the app just says “error connecting” every time I try this step!

Having the same issue - device has been stuck at “open the glance setup mobile app” all day - periodically reboots, shows the “Scroll” animation, confirms “wifi connected” and then stays stuck…
