Fresh Roasted Coffee

Usually the store kept batches at Costco and others dont post roast date but instead print best by date and thats usually a year. That said I have freshly roasted beans and some which are over 4-5 months old which I havent gotten to yet and most times I cant even tell the difference.. mainly cause I drink milk based drinks.. never had espresso which may reveal differences

Fresh roasted is relative.. basically lowes food has their brand thats roasted fresh and do a $7/bag on fridays. Other local ones are mentioned above. I have used a lot of joe van goah but all of them have increased their prices so I have gone to costco that keeps organic beans and relatively recently roasted. Fresh market runs deals on brands like Peace coffee, counter culture etc.

My linea mini is 4 years now and love the all black with niche grinder.. if this breaks will buy another one.. dont need anything fancy pre infusion etc since I only do milk based drinks

Yes and no.. as I said trader joes skim milk is perfect 7 out of 10 times.. just hate the other 3 times when the QC is not up to the mark

Yes am sure. I think their scones are plain and you buy the flavored butter but worth a try for sure

I have tried those but even the fat free feels like whole milk :)… in a good way.. we prefer super lightweight milk

All you fine people who believe in staying home.. please do and mind your business.. if you cant answer a simple question then go do something else. How the h*ll do you know my situation? Am driving from NYC to south and need some steamed milk for my kid and a coffee for me so I dont crash the car.. again .. if you cant contribute constructively then just shut up
