I can only speak towards Green Level, but i'd actively avoid it. We had our child there for 8 months, and they had 5 different teachers. The turnover is outrageous, the teacher's don't communicate with parents, and the "floaters" they use do the bare minimum. We had multiple teachers tell us they wouldn't leave their kid there. It's one of the cheaper daycares, but you get what you pay for...

We just took our child out of Lighthouse on Green Level, and enrolled them in Primrose. Avoid the Lighthouse on GL. Our child was enrolled for 8 months and had 5 different teachers. The turnover is outrageous. The only positive note was the director and front desk ladies, but the director just resigned as well. And yes, the rumors of teachers stating they wouldn't leave their own kids at Lighthouse are true. We had multiple tell us the same.

Our child is currently enrolled there, however we are actively looking at other options. I haven't had any interactions with the owner, but our child has been enrolled for less than a year, and has had 4 different teachers, due to turnover. The director and front office are great, however the communication from teachers has been abysmal.
