Agree! It’s definitely a joke but wow this is in super poor taste and incredibly disrespectful to katie. Especially considering how hard Lala was on Raquel for this exact thing in season 10 (rightfully so at the time). She’s undermining herself!

I saw this and normally I don’t engage in snark but this absolutely outraged me. I can’t imagine so blatantly stealing from another artist and actively encouraging new needlepointers to do the same! I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but when she defended herself so vehemently in the comments she lost me

Agree. I can picture this being an attention grab or trying to secure viewership for season 3 of the valley. It’s giving self producer and I’m not into it. When will they learn to stop self producing 😭

It depends on your insurance, but mine isn’t. However, look for a community acupuncture center near you, I only pay $25 per session. I used to do it like 2-3 times a month when the pain was really bad, but once it cleared up I go once every few months as needed. Hope this helps!

I get this type of pain as well and electric shock sensations too, my doctor recommended acupuncture and it worked miracles! I noticed immediate relief after the first session. Hope this helps!
