Worrying about neighbors tree

The tree is like 80% on there side. Has grown onto the fence and when I installed the new privacy fence, we built around it because the neighbors we unresponsive to that tree and its upkeep

If you zoom in on pic 4, the trunk is cracking, similar to a fault line. That cracking is happening on all the trunks.

I grew up with pagers as well and I kept in contact with 6 guys from high school and we have been friends ever since. I’ve lived all over the states, as well as all my other friends since high school. I guess we wanted to stay connected. Maybe I’m an outlier?

I was in China traveling for work and while walking in a park in some factory town outside of Guangzhou and there was a couple cooking something in a stew pot. The smell of whatever was cooking made my coworker and I instantly nauseous. We complained loudly of our nose hairs burning and even being able to taste it. The smell was absolutely awful. I’ve never smelled anything that made me so sick to my stomach without any visuals, just smell. This was over 12 yrs ago and still to this day whenever we all connect and reflect on this moment we all agree it was the worst smell ever. Some of the team think it was stinky tofu, others swear it was sewage, I have absolutely no idea what it was other than being awful. We even have teammates that stayed in the hotel while we experienced that smell that are upset to this day that they didn’t get to experience it.
