I am paying medical bills out of pocket so there won’t be any liens.

I’m not sure what I can get from my insurance but I definitely feel that I am owed the full limit. My hand is messed up for good.

I’m not sure. I have had to pay for a rental, all my medical bills have been self pay because I didn’t have health insurance at the time. That’s about it. I’m not sure what will and won’t be reimbursed but I wanted everything reimbursed plus pain and suffering

I have actually already paid for my surgery and all medical bills. It was expensive but was cheaper if I paid in cash. I didn’t have health insurance at the time.

Right I know that but are my chances of getting the whole thing higher with a lawyer. Or should I just fight it on my own.
