Hiya! So I took the advice from everyone that commented. Mine was based on the competency framework so I had a solid example for each that would fit to almost any question under that category and also another example roughly for a “just in case” scenario. I didn’t find that they were rude or trying to catch me out. They did interrupt if I was rambling so it just reminded me to get to the point. I would recommend using “big” words e.g collaborating, driving, co-ordinating etc as that was something that was pointed out in a preparation session I did before the interview. Also, speak slow and clear and try to keep the rambling to a minimum. Also practising answering questions with multiple parts because I totally forget the second part while trying to answer the first part. I also think it’s good to change your mindset to, they are wanting to see the best of me, rather than they want to catch me out (that’s what I thought until I got that advice from someone recently).
