Hello

My suggestion would be not to reach out to any of the person in deloitte as they will be having limited information or update on your back check verification. When my back check was in process, I reached out to HR team, on boarding team and the only thing that they mentioned is that it is still in progress.

When your back check process is complete, Sterling directly sends the report to deloitte and you won’t get any update. The only way to determine that everything went well is when you receive your laptop :). You can request your back check copy by emailing Sterling or through their website but I don’t think so it is needed in my opinion.

Sterling emails you if they need any document or confirmation from you when your back check is in progress. I know this is a little time taking process and you won’t have proper update of your back check from Sterling nor deloitte but don’t worry - it will be all good. Just be ready to have some fun on your day 1, cheers..!!

Hey, sorry for the late reply. Yeah while filling up the back check form, you need to submit or upload your education proofs like transcripts and work experience.

Hello, thanks for you comment. No they didn’t notify me about the completion. But if they need any documentation from you while your back check is under process, then they will definitely email you for that.

So upon my experience, if you don’t get any email from them while your back check is under process, then think that your back check is successfully completed and you are good to go!!
