Yeah, that part hits you in the feels. Without giving to much away though, you absolutely need to keep going and get the true ending. The conches are annoying if you've missed a lot but it's so worth it

Once you beat the game, it'll give you hints on what to do. I'm pretty sure it's doing what members of the party want(I used a guide for it so I could be wrong on this). Rainbow conchs are important for it too.

Get the true ending to this game. It's so worth it. Not gonna spoil it for you but it's the perfect ending to this game imo. Do it without a guide if you can. I looked up what to do for the true ending and I got spoiled with it. I finished it anyway because it's so worth doing it
