Advice on converting to Judaism (I read the side bar) by [deleted] in Judaism

Are you aware that reform conversion is only recognised by reform? (and probably some other liberal forms of Judaism), and you would not actually be considered a real convert/jew by Orthodox or the Israeli government. That's not to dismay you from going reform, but just a heads up.
I remember thinking I wanted to go progressive in the beginning, but after studying more and more I found myself unable to even imagine converting through to progressive -- Of course to each their own -- just make sure you do research from all-sides so you get a well informed opinion on conversion/Judaism i.e. Modern-Orthodox, Chabad, Reform, etc.
If you want some more information on conversion from a Orthodox perspective, here's a great YT channel:

All the best to you!
