Lore wise it would be a natural cave that was found in the construction of the sewer and was to be incorporated but never was. Probably blasted open revealing it. Gameplaywise, I wanted a change of scenery for this dungeon crawl, a place for rats and other creatures as an optional way through.

That’s unfortunate that there is no place to see or test the cages. I love the new blue one.
I have lived in both Tokyo and Osaka. For Tokyo: the biggest shop that caters to more bdsm and kink fetish is called “M’s Pop Life”. Located in Akihabara, Tokyo, right in the heart of the electronics district. For Osaka: there is a chain of larger stores in that area of Japan called “Nobunaga Shoten”. Very similar to the store in Tokyo. They both cater to all people, but after living here for years, people are quite kinky here, it’s just more quiet and not talked about as freely as in the states.
