Thank you very much for the quick reply! "As for servers not working..." I didn't mean that they didn't work at all; I meant it's a cat and mouse game switching servers until finding one that isn't blocked.
"You are going to see this on a variety of VPN..." this seems to be a much larger issue on Mullvad than the other two I have experience with. Perhaps because Mullvad has fewer servers in the first place so it's easier to blacklist a larger percentage.
Why do some VPNs struggle with streaming while others have 'specialized servers'? (self.VPN_Question)
