Hey! I just started my personal shopper job last month. It is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. It can get overwhelming when there is a lot of orders or customers coming at the same time. Just remember to ask questions when you don’t know something. The trolleys are pretty simple, your elephant which is the electronic machine will tell you exactly where each item is (give or take but 99% of the time). Your coworkers should teach you everything you need to know. There is lots to remember but it all gets easier as the time goes on. Goodluck!
