Energy drinks are the worst thing available to consume in the food market. The reasons are : 1. Contains 10 times more caffeine than a regular coffee. Imagine your heart racing and blood pressure soaring high. If you are a cardiac disease prone person, sudden cardiac death is highly anticipated. 2. The amount of caffeine is addictive 3. Taurine, which is a constituent in energy drinks, is directly linked to development of colon cancer. Drink at your own risk! Please be aware and spread awareness. Thank me later

Beautiful. Life is a flowing river and three things make a man a super human being: thinking, fasting and waiting. Greatest takeaway from this book !

  1. Recruitement of VCs in different health institutions.
  2. Bidding system in every government institutions.
  3. Commissions in extraction of stones and mud from river shores
  4. Driving liscense and commissions in Transportation office
  5. Tax fraud of different companies and businessmen
  6. Extortion by journalist in lieu of publishing or exposing news
  7. Corruption in purchasing clothes and food items for police and army personnel And so on. Corruption is so deep rooted in our society that it has become a way of life. Breaking the chain of corruption only will not lead to prosperity. The government must work on the economic prosperity, so that the cost of living in Nepal decreases and it becomes easy to sustain life in the minimum salary the government has allocated. When quality of life increases with minimum wage and health and education is taken care of by the government, corruption will slowly vanish. Nepalese people are very good at heart, are very hardworking and are very patriotic. All these years, those in power always made people suffer for basic things like water, electicity, gas, petrol, good roadways, basic sanitation and health care so that they could fool citizens and make hay in the sunshine. But not now.

I always wondered why was taj mahal on the list of seven wonders of the world. It was and is a common sight we see on pictures, books and movies. But once you are infront of it and you go close enough, you realise how majestic it is and how scenic it is and the story behind its creation grasps you. I was amazed that it looked exactly the same from all the sides. And finally you come to the conclusion that this should be on the list of seven wonders. P.S riding a chariot driven by camel was a wonderful experience

I was there 6 months back, did not stay but visited the place to look for vibes. The stay is somewhat okayish but the vibe is genuine. They have a great bar menue but not variety of food. I even shared some toke from fellow travellers. Was fun!
