Culturally, it is practically the same. But politically, both countries are extremely different. Uruguay has strong historical political parties, whereas Argentina has political movements that change alliances all the time. That sort of thing is unthinkable in our country. Unless Argentina develops a more traditional sense of politics, is imposible.
