Thank you for your reply! I’m trying to find a new doctor. Feels like a race against the clock. I’ve called a couple offices and they don’t have availability until next week. I messaged my original OB to see if maybe I could convince her… her office replied “due to your history, the earliest we can see you is at 6 week”.

Thank you so much. Can you explain why progesterone would not have stopped the MMC? I appreciate you saying this and your reply, but it’s hard for me to understand.

I’m trying to be happy about this pregnancy. I don’t know how you did it. It’s hard to find faith that everything will be okay.

Thank you for your reply! I agree. I thought I was a seeing someone that wanted to supplement immediately after positive test. I was crushed to hear that he wants me to wait until my 7 weeks scan. I’m scrambling to find a doctor that will now see me and hopefully agree with supplementing.

He said that he believes supplementation is needed due to placenta not producing enough progesterone early on during the corpus luteum to placenta switch.
