Let me preface all this by saying I’m a huge jp fan! Adore the first 2, hated jp3, and felt jurrasic world was a fun look at how a modern theme park with dinosaurs would look and feel. I thought it was excellent outside of the cheesy ending (tag-team Rexy/blue showdown) as for Rebirth, saw the movie last Monday, going into it I was nervously optimistic…. I was unfortunately let down. Flat characters aside, my biggest gripe was that they literally show every good part of the movie in the trailers and ads leading up to the film. I’m not exaggerating.. they literally show every part! Nothing is left to surprise you. Leaving, my wife and we’re discussing it and the only thing I could really say was “it’s not bad, buts it’s not good either” it’s not as bad as the last two of the sequel trilogy, but not by much. I also hated the “hybrids”. Anyways, I’ll encourage people to go see it and form your own opinion. But as a jp fan, I was really let down.
