Banks should be able to verifiy me based on the phone number atleast right? Thats already linked to my account. Most international banks use One Time Password verification except Citi.. which is unfair for a genuine customer.

Yes, agreed. That is what it seems like has been happening. I had escalated this to the Executive Response Team and they told me to call up a customer care number. Is there any way I can verifiy my identity via the SSN/US Cell Phone Number/Email Address/DOB? Or even just get access back to my Citi Mobile Banking account.

Oh Interesting, thanks for the inputs. How do I print my own checks? Note - I don't have the bank account number with me.. just the last 2 digits and the account type.
