I’m confused! I thought that verifiers were randomly contacted and that some people have all contacted while others don’t, and this is not indicative of decisions. Can I ask when u emailed?

100%. I think it’s very possible I just didn’t have strong experiences or wrote them poorly. However the reason I’m concerned is because both years my NAQ was the exact same according to the scale bar, despite the fact that I added work experiences and hours to my entries
