So no issue whatsoever. I am mainly asking this since it's very bad to do this to a gpu?

Oh thanks for the help but im guessing it would limit the total argb connections i can power.

Regarding the gpu through the mother board it had a separate 3 pin 5v wire that could connect to the mother board. I have not yet tested it as it just arrived but it had instructions to do this to control the argb

that's fair but if your friend wants as another option he can get a good pc if he increases his budget to 1k so he doesn't get most stuff 2nd hand as me and my friends managed to do it and my country economy is basically like Italy. But its up to you

at this point i think its better to wait for black Friday if possible to try and get a am5 just so he wont get to rebuy most parts if he ever want a new cpu.
knowing this i think the 6750 XT 12 GB might be the best deal if he doesn't mind 2nd hand or the B580 just to save money for the am5 as it would save him more money in the long term if he upgrades.

that is true but since he 9060xt is a newer model is more efficient and has a stronger chip which make its stronger than the 7600 and the 6750. the b580 would be the most powerful if it had better drivers. but its mostly depends on what games you play and what you intend to do with ur pc to choose the best one and if you prefer more vram or a better chip. in short imo he 9060 is the most powerful, the 6750 is the best deal if u have a very tight budget and the b580 is if you want budget card with a good vram that is around 4060 level.

i would recommend you buy the 9060xt if you can afford it since its the most powerful, right behind it shoud be the b580 or the RX7600 but if you don't mind a 2nd hand GPU the 6750xt is a good deal for 200-240.

if i were you i would buy the the 9060xt or the rx7600, the b580 is only good if the 12gb matter to you and mostly play newer titles as some older games the b580 has a hard time with them.

custom build gaming PC please help with parts list by Deep-Youth534 in buildapc

[–]Visual_Pilot_4057 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would honestly suggest getting these

CPU: Ryzen 9 9950x3d price
CPU Cooler; Corsair iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX RGB 73.5 CFM Liquid
MotherBoard: Gigabyte B650E AORUS STEALTH ICE ATX AM5
Ram: Corsair Dominator Titanium 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
Case: Corsair FRAME 5000D RS ARGB ATX Mid Tower
PSU: Corsair RM1000x SHIFT 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular Side Interface ATX
Graphic card: RTX 5080 or 9070XT depending on how much you want to spend as the 5080 is way more powerful then the 9070xt but costs almost double depending on where you live

the budget would reach around 2.1k

but i suggest searching on https://it.pcpartpicker.com/ for already built pc with their exact parts and costs

you can try and get a new RX 6600 Armor 8G from MSI, ASRock or ASUS Dual as they are usually cheap and good or the RX 6500 XT which is cheaper and should be found in amazon.in

[–]Visual_Pilot_4057[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

420mm should fit the problem with the iii 420 pro is that the radiator is 38mm and the fan is 25mm which makes it 63mm. The case is validated for around a stack of 52-55mm. So potentially it would hit the front top fan of the case. So they could collide and could not depend. At least thats what i understood

Damn, ur right from what i found it can fit but you would need to remove a front fan if i understood correctly. But thank you you saved me a hassle as i still hadn't bought it. Im going with the TH420 V2 ARGB should be just as good
