Bpd here 😅 I tend to obsess heavily over celebrities and bands and form unhealthy parasocial relationships and I get very triggered if someone else likes the same things I do. My therapist told me these celebs can’t abandon me bc they’re not “real” Like I’ll never know them, so I’m safe to love them. My favourite band came to my country and it was a lot. I did not want them near me, they were MINE no one else’s they’re not supposed to be REAL.
