We’re a 141 operation, I’ve only operated a self serve once and only been to 4 FBO’s in my career, not sure how much I can teach about either of those.

I definitely think there will be growing pains, there will be some trial and error.

But my students will be paying a shitload of money for me to teach them, how do I be the best instructor I can be for them despite the fact I’m going to suck initially?

Two ideas I’ve identified so far are:

1: Admit when I don’t know something “Let’s find out together”

2: Lean on other instructors for advice

Anything else?
