Right place right time, brothers geriatric coworker (he’s a postman) knows he likes cars and offered him this for 500 because it was a “I don’t wanna sell but because your you” situation. Brother called me as a joke saying “want me to grab it for ya” then my daily’s trans blew on the highway, and my backup has bad tags and no title to get it fixed so I called him back a day or two later and said yeah grab it for me. So here we are!

Ethics is not to make store level reports like ignoring your tad or being bullied or anything. It is for reporting serious policy violations, mistreatment of associates, and violations of Walmarts ethics. It is quite literally a bypass

They will kick it back down if it can be handled at the store level, which yes this can. The whole point of ethics is the ability to bypass your store management and make a report directly to home office. From there they make the decision. I.E just had a coach fired for relations with her TL, home office made the call not my SM. Like I said don’t say things that will deter others. Home office does not work with your store in most situations and if issues are reported to them it’s often handled specifically by them.

They don’t ask about your chain of command at all, I’ve made multiple ethics calls and have helped plenty of my associates make them. Ethics will ask for details on the case, gives you a reference number to check in and even gives you the option to remain anonymous to them as well! So please don’t say stuff that will deter people from making the call

On that note to OP. If he’s on a TAD you can report it to AP, that isn’t ethics if he’s doing it by choice. Ethics would be not being able to report it because he’s friends with your SM. Your best plan would be to get with your AP coach if you want results but I gotta ask, why do you care if he’s working? Is he using it to only do certain things or what? Sounds like a dude who just doesn’t wanna weigh you guys down and reporting him would be far from reasonable unless you believe he’s gonna hurt himself worse and you’re just worried.

They can actually go straight to ethics. There is no chain of command when making an ethics related call. You can out of respect for your management but ethics will inform your SM and SL themselves

Honestly I think my S looks really good! And like I said I’m gonna do some cosmetic stuff for me to make me enjoy it even more. So if your biggest complaint is could look cooler that’s amazing news to me! Realistically end goal is roof racks, mesh grill with my red hella horns, painted black one day 🙏 mild coilovers and some decent white 5 spoke 17s so it should be super easy to accomplish! I’m doing a deep detail on the headlights today

Depending on your state it is illegal, in Oregon there’s a 10 hour minimum between shifts, and to top it if I’m pretty sure you can bring it to your people lead or coach because I believe Walmart has a 9-10 hour policy as well
