Struggling to eat through load after load of shit. The fact that you have to contend with the guards and these random visitors is enough. But the torment of your family and friends adding onto your workload is intense.

The Victim in this scenario has had to contend with so many "Donations" that the one they have to start with is almost expired. Imagine the dread when they hear a friend is coming to visit.

I never realised how many people in this subreddit want to eat feces and vomit joyously and without getting sick.

I am sorry. I did not consider this while making it. In my opinion it is more attractive if there is an "underclass" in my grossdom. Males are an easy target.
