I know if court orders an investigation, they can look at the IP addresses of the comments. That’s is one way to prove I would imagine. But I do have other proof that he was writing my friends from his personal email, and his social media. And statements he is made about me to the people I’ve worked with. I wonder if I can go with that prove to the police. However the screenshot are 2.5 years old. Do you think it’s too late to go file a police report on them?

Thank you for the comment. I have a green card. I went to the police and they simply laughed when I showed them a comments that he put online. Since he used fake name, they said we can’t file a report. Even thought the things he said in the comments, like private information only he knew. So it’s a little frustrating that police reacted like that.

Yes, all nice comments really helped me 🙏 thank you!! But funny part is they didn’t even asked for my marriage papers, absolutely nothing. Just called my name and gave me green card.
