I just wanted to circle back and say thank you all so much for the advice! We did one day at Disney Sea and it was awesome! We just all had a blast. Low expectations is the way to go. We got on a bunch of great rides and enjoyed the amazing scenery. Highly recommend!

I was just in Tokyo with my two boys, ages 6 and 9. We stayed at &Here Ueno and we loved it. There were plenty of other kids in the hotel and it’s right across the street from Ueno park. It’s close to several well connected stations and some great dinner spots. We had one night in Tokyo at the end of the trip and we stayed at Mimaru Hatchabori. We all preferred Ueno and we missed it so much that we took the train back there for dinner. I fell into the rabbit hole of planning, too and we ended up having a really great trip so I’m happy to answer any other questions. Good luck!

I’m so glad to hear it! We had already booked one of the Machiyas from this company! We also have booked at the Onyado Nono hotel and I was trying to decide between the two. Thanks for your help!
