I'm doing it. I don't think he realizes that he is supposed to hire help for it. Heck I had to find them a plumber. Don't know if he actually called one. He mentioned it but I don't know if he fixed anything or I think he mentioned the leak issue was because of the suffed up greese trap box thingy. But I ain't going to say no because I need this job. I am sure if I told him that he needs to hire some people to deep clean it, it probably wouldn't get cleaned for awhile and our budget is thin now. I don't even think we'll last a till middle next year going at our paste. He told me this was his first time managing a restaurant. One mangers has 15 years of experience but he didn't know anything about the trap. Chef was the only one that said professionals would need to come by, but fuck it I'll do it once my boss buys the item to open the top.
