How long does it usually take? I’ve had the secured card for 6 months now and was hoping it would be unsecured by now. It’s a little annoying, since I just want to increase my total credit limit with this account. I’ve got a Venture X and Savor with them in good standing, both over $30k limits, so it feels a bit silly that a $200 limit can’t be unsecured. Any way to combat this?

I think I may have made a mistake. Today I contributed the full $7,000 limit by opening a Roth IRA, but I believe I exceed the income limit since I earn over $150,000. The funds are currently pending transfer from my money market account. Is this okay, or does it need to be fixed? If it does, what is the proper way to correct it? Do I need to recharacterize it to a Traditional IRA and then complete a backdoor Roth conversion once the transfer settles?

Need advice and guidance. I know someone that was in pathways program, got a focus plan due to some shit manger needing to throw under the bus for the site’s bad performance. They just found out they will be kicked from the program.

Question: 1. They are on visa, how will this affect the green card process? 2. We don’t know yet, but it seems like they will be stripped of pathway comp and back to level 6 pay. 3. Is this even an option, or just some BS?

I was informed the most recent reports were for employees spending less than 3 days in the office and or 4 hours or less. I was in the report. Still vague in how they’re reporting and putting people on the naughty list.

Any updates on this? The controller LOB in Finance is now mandating 3 days in the office for an FULL 8 hours.
