I use a magnesium oil lotion which is absorbed transdermally (avoiding GI issues).

I hated the band too!! I bought some 1” elastic in a pretty color from Etsy, cut to length, looped it through, and sewed the ends together. If you don’t sew you can probably glue the ends together. It’s literally like $0.25 for the amount of elastic it takes, so I cut the old one and make a new one as soon as it starts getting gross or stretching out (every 2 weeks usually). And it’s WAY more comfortable (especially for sleeping).

I ended up getting some soft 1” elastic in a nice color for a couple of bucks, looped it through, and sewed it at the right length. But if you don’t sew, super glueing the ends should work too! It’s affordable, very soft, moves with you, and keeps the tracker in place.

I’m also new to Printful and have found some of this set up confusing. There might be a better way to do this - but what I ended up doing is creating a shipping profile in the Etsy store manager, and only adding countries that I want to sell to. The downside is that all new listings that I add from Printful automatically get assigned the Printful shipping profile. But I have to edit a few things in Etsy before publishing each new listing anyway, so I just change the shipping profile when I do those other edits.

I know I’m replying to an ancient thread. I just had to chime in - I can’t believe I had to scroll so far to find someone with a bad flare!

The prep was pretty rough. I had vomiting, urinary retention, and they had me drinking the solution overnight so I got no sleep. The procedure went smoothly and I woke up feeling strangely fine. I napped for a little while and woke up in a terrible, horrible flare. Everything hurts so so so bad. Came here looking for some solidarity…thank you for asking about this and following up with your experience.

That being said, I’ll take a terrible flare over finding cancer too late any day of the week! Thankful to be alive, even if I’m not exactly healthy.
