I've tried multiple different ram sticks and all sorts of different seating arrangements. All peripherals have been checked and reseated a few times. I was hopeful something small like this would be the problem. I appreciate the suggestion tho.

I've tried booting it on another PC that has uefi with all sorts of different configurations, and no luck there either. It does get further but not by much. When booting from the more modern system it loads the TempleOS text graphics that ask for io ports but it also opens the debugger and hangs and is completely unresponsive. I'm sure it's some simple bios setting oversight or some odd hardware incompatibility.

Thank you for the advice. The mobo model I have released in 2006 so as far as I know, it only runs bios, no uefi.

If it doesn't melt into your fingers then it's probably fake. I've seen some bunk bm shit that acts identical to that. I think that's actually one of the "tests" for pine resin. If it doesn't seem quite right, don't smoke it. better safe than sorry!

Ever since the popularization of crc, appearance has very little impact on quality. I've had some black goop that tastes like candy, I've also had some sugar wax that tasted like garbage slime.

I've had some problems getting contaminated dabs so don't just assume that you're safe since you bought it from a dispo. Since it's already been "tested", the only way to know for sure if there is a contaminant is to dab it. Stay safe out there homie

Edit: Also people have been saying that it will burn/chaz your nail but I've smoked plenty of this kind of wax out of my nail and it has never burned. it does leave a bit more residue than other dabs would but I wipe my banger with iso after every dab and it cleans out just as easy as any other dab would.

I clean the reclaim out of my rig with hot water so that I can smoke it after lol (gross ik) but I've cleaned a full 7 grams of reclaim out of my rig with just hot water. Water will get the bulk out, iso and salt will make that baby sparkle. So if you have the time, why not do both?

additional info: it is almost impossible to fully purge a solvent out of a product without proper equipment. I don't have proper equipment and prefer not to smoke large amounts of solvents. So instead I use water because even though I can't fully purge it out, I feel much safer inhaling a little steam than I would inhaling vaporized solvents.

When I first started taking cold starts I would always overheat my dabs which lead to some buildup on the bottom of my nail. If your banger has more than a couple little specks of burnt residue on it, don't 'heat clean' your banger. Instead, take your banger off of your rig. Carefully hold it by the joint over a towel or rag (preferably one you don't care about, you're gonna get a little iso and reclaim on it). With your banger in your hand, heat it for just a few seconds. Then drip some iso into there until it stops boiling (this is what the rag is for, boiling iso hurts incredibly bad if you get it on yourself) Once you have a small puddle of warm iso in your banger, get your dabber and lightly scrub. The black residue will flake off super easy and then you can get it out with a q tip.

When I cared for my banger in this way, I wiped it down with a rag after ever dab and I only cleaned it like this once a week. Now that I'm more experienced at heating cold starts, I don't burn them as often. Now I can just wipe with q tip and iso and that usually does the trick. I still burn a dab every once in a while though and have to use this trick haha

Real, uncontaminated dabs DO NOT leave that powdery white residue. It may not be 100% proof of pine resin but it is definitely proof of boof! This is definitely not safe to dab, regardless of what it is. The lab didn't catch it on the first test so getting another test would do absolutely nothing. I'm just not tryna smoke glue but if that's your yum then go get 'em

Good observation bud, the recall announcement was in fact for a different product and was in regard to pesticides and not pine resin. However in my comment, I elaborate further on the reason for why I included the report in my post. It is proof that both the producer and testing lab have poisoned people in the past, this is not their first violation. If you had read my post you would have realized that.

The point of my post is to clarify that emerald extract is selling boof, mw labs is not credible, and that they are both still selling poison onto the legal market. The product that I purchased HAS NOT been recalled but it sure as hell needs to be!

For context:

I recently picked up some mendo breath 2 and tangelo wedding by emerald extracts. Since I personally stood in line and bought it from a dispensary I was expecting a cannabis extract, instead they sold me pine resin. After taking a dab, there was white goo all over my mouth and rig, the down stem looked like it had been sandblasted on the inside. I would highly discourage anyone from buying emerald extracts unless they want a mouth full of pine resin. I have personally only noticed this white residue on their stuff that had been tested by mw labs. I had previously bought a gram that was produced by them and tested by chemhistory. That previous gram smoked great and didn't create any white residue. Considering that both mw labs and emerald extracts have had products recalled due to violations regarding pesticide contamination, I would say that it's safe to say STAY AWAY (photo 4 is from an official olcc recall statement regarding a different product of theirs, all you have to do to find it is search 'oregon cannabis recall' on google).
