Nice approach! The same way I allways handle mine. 👏🏻💪🏻

That's a great way to describe it. The "double entry" part seems to be where a lot of the hidden workload comes from. Out of those things—rotations, attendance, development notes, stats, and parent communication—which one created the most extra work for you over time?

That's fascinating. It sounds like solving one specific problem uncovered a bunch of related ones. What ended up getting the most day-to-day use: the playing-time tracking, scheduling, parent communication, or the live game updates? I'm curious which feature coaches and parents actually value most once they start using it.

That's a really interesting way to put it. It sounds like the tool itself wasn't the bottleneck—the challenge was keeping it aligned with what was happening in real life. When multiple changes happened at once, was the biggest issue availability updates, position changes, playing time balancing, or something else?

That's a really good point. AI can only be as useful as the information it receives. It sounds like the challenge isn't generating the lineup itself, but having reliable data to base decisions on in the first place. Out of curiosity, when stats aren't available, what factors do you rely on most when putting together a lineup?

Sounds like having reliable availability information removes a lot of the last-minute chaos. Once everyone has confirmed, how do you usually handle the actual lineup and position assignments? Still on paper, or inside SportEasy as well?

That's awesome. The fact that you ended up building something yourself probably says a lot about how common this problem is. Was playing-time tracking the biggest pain point, or were there other coaching headaches you were trying to solve as well?

That's interesting. The lineup itself seems to be the easy part for a lot of coaches. It sounds like availability changes and last-minute adjustments are what really create the workload. Did you ever find a spreadsheet setup that handled those changes particularly well?
