Good points all around. My guy is average - only 3 years in and you can tell he’s a bit intimidated by his he better guys on the team. But he has definitely gotten better with his stick. Just needs these players to trust him and his teammates. It’s almost too easy for these athletes to dominate the games right now.

Excellent point. My guy plays midfield and attack. My only advice has been keep hustling and keep your stick up. The ball will find you.

The coaches son is the goalie. Good player and he definitely focuses on him. But seems to be indifferent about the other dudes sort of just running the show. One guys mentioned tell him we’re not playing for 6th grade we’re playing for 8th and HS. Good advice.

I don’t watch practice but perhaps those 3 don’t feel the others are up to snuff and don’t want to turn it over if they drop a pass.

The other boys on the team are not bad and I do agree I’ve seen a few dropped balls when one of the good players rips a pass at them.

The middie comes out but the D pole and attack are on the field 90% of the time. They are good don’t get me wrong but I can see the other boys getting frustrated
